The DDNS PCR Module provides the reagents required for reverse transcription, PCR amplification and sample barcoding as part of the Poliovirus Sequencing Consortium DDNS workflow for poliovirus from stool samples.
Developed to support public health laboratories implementing the DDNS workflow, the module combines all required PCR reagents in a single package, simplifying reagent management.
Each module contains sufficient reagents for 192 reactions, including excess volume to accommodate master mix preparation.
