The DDNS Sequencing Accessory Module provides the reagents required for end repair, library preparation, and clean-up prior to sequencing of amplicons generated as part of the Poliovirus Sequencing Consortium DDNS workflow for poliovirus.
Developed to support public health laboratories implementing the DDNS workflow, the module combines all required sequencing accessory reagents in a single package, simplifying reagent management.
Each module contains sufficient reagents for 6 sequencing reactions.
