The DDNS Extraction Module provides the reagents required for RNA extraction of poliovirus from stool concentrates, as part of the Poliovirus Sequencing Consortium DDNS workflow for poliovirus. Developed to support public health laboratories implementing the DDNS workflow, the module combines all required extraction reagents in a single package, simplifying reagent management. Each module contains sufficient reagents for 96 reactions, including excess volume to accommodate master mix preparation.
Note: The DDNS Extraction Module can only be purchased in conjunction with another DDNS module.
