DDNS PCR Module – Primer Kit

The DDNS PCR Module – Primer Kit provides the forward, reverse, and barcoded primers required for PCR amplification and sample barcoding as part of the Poliovirus Sequencing Consortium DDNS workflow for poliovirus.

Developed to support public health laboratories implementing the DDNS workflow, the module combines all the required primers in a single package, simplifying reagent management.

Each module contains sufficient primers for 192 reactions.
